I feel so lucky to have found these videos. I have been suffering from anxiety for a long time which has now caused health issues. In these strange political times in the United States now with all the negativity I was feeling really depressed and I needed this meditation. I will be using this for my morning meditation as I know how to bring myself up from that and not fall asleep for the night. thank you for this. I’m very appreciative. Wow this video is amazing! Well you're skills are amazing! Idk if it's your voice or accent or both. However it puts me at ease everytime I listen to you and the music in the video. I kinda drift off almost asleep while still technically awake. I felt like I went to t relaxing places in this video. I quieted my mind thought about nothing and followed your directions. I don't usually comment on videos but your videos and skills just put me at ease. I've been listening to them almost everyday since April. Sometimes 2 or 3 times per day. It really does help even more and more the more you do it! Thank you so much for the videos!
