Is it Okay that I was asleep less than 5 mins in? I got less than 6 hours of sleep and woke up twice, but I'm so refreshed this morning, and my sleep score on my tracker watch was 80! I have it on loop so it plays all night. I can't wait to listen every night from now on! Thank you!

I use this nightly and it helps me sm with my insomnia and anxiety from my day. I used to only use asmr but the asmrist that helps me sleep is on TikTok at time i should be sleeping and if i get stuck in a bad sleep pattern I start missing her every night and so I started searching YouTube and so glad you uploaded this. The affirmations are perfect cuz I have a lot of negative self talk, also your voice is so soothing I never listen all the way through, cuz I end up drifting off
