Every symptom of anxiety is a reminder from the past, a result of suppressed feelings, and a protective response towards an uncertain act you may take in the future.

It’s about relationship building and the most important relationship you just build isn’t with anyone on the outside, but rather the inner child subconscious part of you on the inside.

Soon, as you learn how to respond from the conscious perspective, the beliefs between the inner child and the conscious you will align.

At this point, the world becomes safe and no long threatening which negates the need for these anxiety symptoms.
