Ikanaide is the original Japanese song that begs a loved one not to leave. Chinese TV producers heard the song and loved the melody. They asked Koji Tamaki for permission to write new Chinese lyrics for a tv docudrama about a Chinese born beloved actress of Japanese heritage who was deported to Japan after WW2 due to hatred of anything Japanese at the time. Autumn Strong was written as the theme song for the tv series. Both songs are gorgeous but have different meaning and emotions behind the songs. Autumn Strong is a song of heartfelt sorrow for the inevitability of fate. Ikanaide is a great begging plea for a lover to not leave. Dimash performs them both perfectly. The Japanese song writer Goro Masuri said Dimash's version of Ikanaide is the most beautiful Japanese song he has ever heard from a foreign singer and is sung perfectlyas Goro intended..
