Retargeting - How to 'Characterize' a Skeleton

Thank you Roland for sharing this video. I spent a considerable time trying to figure out how to show up the mocap data in the source field. But when I did figure it out that it needs to be "character defined"— I found it hard to manually adjust the Tpose. Your video offered me the correct solution. One more thing I need to ask— do we need to perform this "character definition" on every different mocap file we import? You mentioned something about the template— I didn't get you properly.
