Thanks. I am 80 + now. I was diagnosed as having progressive gait ataxia in 2004 after tests. I have balance issue. I am practicing many of your ideas, - in the bed, sitting on the chair, using a walker etc. But I have scaled down reps and style drastically. I feel OK. Thanks again.
