Thanks, this will help, after my surgery my leg was very bad balance and I had forgotten what the therapist had told me so I looked this up to make sure I was doing it right! This helped alot

Get a little stool that is sturdy. Step on it with 1 leg and extend the other leg behind you as straight as possible. Bend the knee slowly and try to reach the ground. Can use a wall or counter for balance progression. Eventually the knee gets more range of motion and can touch the ground with your hand

What if you wobbly immediately? Do you fight through it or just hang onto something until you get stronger?
