TL;DR:
Consider upgrading you RAM to 32GB. This is the only thing helped me.

I've found the only way to fix the stuttering and high frametime and it is...to upgrade your RAM lol.
I have had the following config:
- i5-10400f
- RTX 3060ti
- 16 GB RAM (DDR4 cl18)

I did everything i could find across the internet to fight these lags, nothing could fix it entirely.
I noticed that the game ate 15gigs out of 16 installed, so i checked the difference between 16gb and 32gb in performance in Hogwarts Legacy and it looked kinda promising.
Today my 32GB pack had arrived. The stutters are GONE. Like, completely. As of the moment, i have an absolutely flawless and "dropless" gameplay. It's an amazing pleasure to play it now.

Please, pin it 'cause i think a lot of people have 16GB (or even less lol..) configs.

Before applying the third fix, Ray tracing was a no no (game always crashed) and the game suffered of stuttering, despite running a Core i5 12400f, 32 GB of RAM and a RTX 4070, even at 1080p / 60 FPS. After the fix, could run the game with ray tracing, 1440p / 144 FPS, ultra settings. No crashing after a 3 hours session and stuttering almost disappeared. Thanks a lot! I have HP Victus RTX 3050 16 GB Ram vram 4GB on medium settings i have only around 55 FPS, also is there any method to fix problems with heathing, it seems on my laptop i can't set battery limit charge to 80 or 90% i even bought cooling pad with 5 fans but still didn't help a lot.

What setting if PC have GTX 1050 2GB VRAM, RAM 8GB, i can play but object texture is bad, and the face sometimes like ps 1, FPS no problem 😅

Holy fk it really reduced the stuttering of my game. 😍 Smooth and totally playable now. I was bit worried about my pc but it was really the game making the stutters. I Just used the fix 5 (installed the mod) and all good now... Subed ♥

3rd fix is Nvidia only ;)

A massive fix is to go to Exploit Protection in windows security - program settings - add program file -- add the Hogwarts EXE and tell it to Override the system settings for control flow guard Aka(CFG)

Work perfectly in my 3060ti x 5600x 16gb ram

But the texture looks like potato pc for 3 sec and then back to normal. Mehh its oke for smooth gameplay yeyyyy

what this thing doesn't tell are: It'll permanently effects your Monitor's settings, it'll ruin the monitor SRGB, Texture, Hz and even the Firmware making everything look like potato rig. weird part is that it'll even affects the graphics even watching CGI or Game videos looks like 'potato" (I don't know how but it some how permanently disable all those graphics effects) _Note: even if you uninstall this Mod it already permanently have damage your monitor's Firmware settings.
