You know, this is the first and only "fix" that has actually fixed my issues with gaming in HDR in Windows 11!!! I'd get 160fps in a game without HDR, and then like 6 FPS with HDR turned on...and extensive searches online revealed NOTHING until I found your video! Thank you so much!

This fixed my issue. I was hitting 20-30 FPS (normally 100+) in multiple games when all system specs were nominal and having had no issues in W10. Don’t forget that there is a setting in Microsoft defender called memory integrity that can reduce frame rate as well

I've only experienced a stutter every so often but that was some time ago, for me updates fixed that.
