Join me as I prepare for my first 10K race. This is the first part of the series and I just wanted to share a little bit about what I'm doing to prepare for the race, mainly reviewing the Nike Run Club app. In the videos to come I'll share more about the details of the workout/training splits and how I recover from training. Also, looking forward to seeing how improving my running performance will improve my Crossfit performance and vice versa.
