Resting an injury is the way to go. Definitely need a few frozen dinners in your freezer and soups in your pantry! Glad you are doing a little better, just continue to take it easy.

So glad you're starting to feel better. I could just see in your face how much pain you were in. I'm the same. I think I've got some kind of ADHD, I find it hard to do nothing. But you made me think as well all I've got is meals you have to cook from scratch. So I'm going to get some frozen ready meals in, just in case because you never know. Yeah, you got to be careful as we get older it happens so easily to injure ourselves

Too bad you didn’t try, I think, that butter knife trick, it is coming from a very good chiropractor I tried it myself it was great, take care

What a difference a good night sleep does!! Happy for you! Do you have a Trader Joe’s where you are? So many wonderful frozen meals-if so why not stock up on several for the week just in case! Xoxo!

Hang in there! You're doing 1 nice, quick, filling meal.... Basic garden salad, crunch up some organic corn chips, 1 can tuna & russian dressing. Oh my! Great for couch surfing. :)

Maybe when you are feeling up to it precook some meals yourself and freeze. That way you know what’s in it x
