A British Airways Pilot gets angry at Controller at JFK New York Airport.
The Pilot flying a Boeing 747, was told to modify a speed which according to the pilot could put in danger the stability of the airplane. What are your thoughts?

Wait. It was the ATC who "got angry" and in a fit of petulance cancelled his landing when he could not safely fly the plane at the speeds she was demanding. Correct me if I am wrong, but I read elsewhere that she was fired.

You do get a lot of unprofessionalism from controllers in the USA, very non standard and sort of punishment tactics too. BA completely in the right here. Slow the traffic down behind if needs be or delaying vectors. Piss poor traffic planning followed by a piss poor macho attempt at correcting it. Fin. Beers anyone?
