I cannot sit and stand without pressing my knees because of pain, I had my exercise and this is my day four, i do squats too, hope this’ll be over soon, want to continue my workout.

Just rejoined Gaelic football after almost 4 years and picked up a calf injury on both legs in my first game.. this is helping with my recovery a lot! I may be a couple years late but thanks guys!

I went skiing for the first time in years and wow my legs are killing me 24 hours + after, it sends a low grade fever to my system and it is nasty. do not get old.
