Coaching is such a rewarding job. Actually, I wouldn’t even call it a job, because when you love what you do – is it really work?
There’s so much good that can come from coaching, from something as small as giving a little tip to a kid who’s struggling, to something as big as shaping a child’s positive view of themselves that they carry on into adulthood.

2) Things They Should Improve & Why They Didn't Make the Team
3) Next Steps & Where They Can Play

yeah, i’ve coached softball for 8 years for a local school, and there have always been few enough girls that i can justify keeping them all, the most was 17 and that was a rough year…. but this year 25 are signed up to try out and i have to cut at least 8!!
