I had problems with adaptors too initially. The adapter was plastic and broke off. Then I called their customer care and they sent me new adaptors that fit. It took a week and wasn't easy but I am glad it worked eventually.

I got the original spout off the threading is on the outside for some reason it won’t screw on

Hello. I ordered this filter and on my sink the threading is on the inside and we cant get it to fit.

I’m having it flushed now on the Brita setting. Nothing telling me to switch it back or anything which begs the question why is there a non brita setting if it doesn’t get used? Just wondering the purpose then

The water stream is too hard. Unless you have it on really low it splashes off the sink and goes everywhere. Rinsing dishes isn’t pleasant

It doesn't fit and it is loose between its parts = crap.
