I cannot even get to the options page. .After I get the error code (0xc000021a) page with the sad face, it then goes to the page that says Recovery, your PC couldn't start properly and the code then it shuts down. I have tried turning the PC on and off 3 times, but that doesn't work.

Basically whats happening here is windows is installed to different partitions of your drive and theyre fighting for which part is going to boot windows. Im gonna just get a brand new ssd and fresh install windows. That should fix your problem then once you get everything set up you can restart and plug in your other drive to either reformat it or recover files from it

I brought a completely failed server upgrade back from the brink with this error - mounted the VHD it was in as a drive and then ran Sysinternals autoruns against it. Disabled Antivirus services that were still present after uninstall. Boot logging mode would have had me believe it was a hardware driver issue and the mini-dump on boot identified nothing with windbg.
