hey, first i wanna thank you for this guide, i had the issue where the windows 10 went to none stop loop with this blue screen.
it happen because i installed a legit game dont know why it messed up my pc(brand new), so i tried EVERY possible tutorial to address the issue i had, trust me i have been sitting on this issue for 3 hours.
none of them really helped me i was always getting in this loop with the blue screen i was about to give up and maybe call a specialist to fix my PC for money of course.
anyway your first step really saved me! i tried safe mode and reset the PC and boot from USB and other methods people gave and nothing worked until your first step kicked in! so thank you sir :)

Tried everything and almost gave up, But i managed to fix this and use my computer again by the USB bootable method

You just have to download windows installer (Image iso) in another device like a laptop then install it into the USB drive, When it finishes plug the USB drive into your computer and when your computer turns on press F8 and click the USB drive

It fixed the issue for me, Hope this helps for everyone else.

I had another problem and fix:

In my system32/config/RegBack there were 0 files, there was nothing.
In order to fix my issue I had to find those files and put them in there. Luckily I had a back up of my old ssd where I extracted those missing files and put them there. That fixed my issue
