Ever since we've been asking - is the Acura Integra coming back - many have voiced concerns about this being a fancier Honda Civic Si. However, the Integra's roots have always been just that. It was the second vehicle launched by the brand in 1986 and it was crucial to making the brand successful. The Acura Integra 2023 is powered by a 1.5L 4-cylinder turbo engine making 200-hp - which is pretty much in line with the competition that includes the Audi A3, BMW 2-Series, and the Mercedes-Benz CLA. However, the new Integra is the only one in the segment that offers the choice of a 6-speed manual. Is it better than the competition? Should you buy the Acura Integra over the Honda Civic Si? Perfect upgrade for my TSX...Especially for the money. Average 34mpg on the weekend trip to Houston in my car with 168k mi..these cars are bullet proof in the compact class

I really appreciate the honest review. I'm going to pass on this car. I don't feel the did enough to justify how much people are REALLY going to pay for it. With everything they omitted it does not add up. What is there is extremely nice and well made. How much more would it have cost to give vents in the back and a spare tire. What are you going to do with toy inflator. You could have used to keep air in the spare tire. You know just in case.

Dude, my wife has been going insane…. I have watched every si and integra video on the tube. This was my favorite video. I have been so torn as to which to buy. Sounds like this is the way to go! Especially because I have one that’s 2k under msrp and has the “carbon package” installed which blacks all the emblems and has the carbon fiber spoiler as well

Excellent review- very thorough. Great job explaining what the Integra is and what it is not. Unfortunately, I think the Integra is misunderstood by too many, maybe because they just have the 3rd generation Type-R in their minds. The Integra has always been a nicer Civic that is fun to drive, but not big on horse power (remember there will be a future Type S). I really like what I see here. Compared to the German rivals, the 6 speed manual, larger cargo space under the lift back, and lower price all make it a better option, in my opinion.

IMO this looks better than the Civic sedan or hatchback inside and out. Quieter. Better ride. Will probably steal some Accord sales too. Same 1.5 but lighter weight.

Dont judge this car without seeing it in person. I have pre-ordered a liquid carbon aspec tech manual and was able to see one in person today. The car is a very nice car. Comparing it to my 1995 special edition 4 door integra and 2005 TSX, there is no comparison. This car is worth a look. Carbon on red is the best combo IMO

This new Integra looks superb amazing, love the looks it looks better than its cousin Civic. I see a lot of old cars coming back seems 2022 and 2023 vehicles are getting better.

Good informative video Omar, and new subscriber. Two things I don’t care for is the red interior on that beautiful metallic grey exterior, and the lack of a spare tire. The Civic Hatchback offers a temporary spare. I’m old, so I’d go for the CVT transmission. A very sexy design, that would make a great commuter or road car. All the best.

Nice review video. But honda can't justify a 200bhp boat anker for enthusiasts to purchase for 35k. In that range you can get a wrx or gti. Either of those cars are faster. If buyers are so in love with the "integra" badge, they should wait for the type s instead.

Edit: forgot to mention toyota's gr yaris/corolla. ABSOLUTELY MAKES NO SENSE people should purchase this. Not to mention a 1.5L 4 bangers has low tunning potential.

Outstanding review, I quite like this car. It is essentially a nicer civic and considering I love my civic it seems natural to go to this. Power is abit lackluster however i think people complain too much about it, this is a daily driver and priced fairly affordably for what you get tech wise.

what a let down to the integra name, impressive car overall tho. ppl wouldn't give it any hate and really like the car if it weren't called an integra
