I like this video a lot. This is exactly the sort of thing where you can trip over culturele differences and explaining to each other what you're used to helps so much to make you a nicer person in general.

i’m mexican and in my workplace we decorate each other’s desk with an specific theme depending on what they like, we bring cake and snacks and i take a polaroid of them in their desk with their cake so they can keep it!☺️
