Hey Kevin I didn't see you identify a specific user when doing the GPO for Task manager on GPO Management, was the GPO for task manager done one a mass scale for all users?

Hello Kev, i though that security groups could not be effected by Group Policy objects( GPOs), only Users and Computers directly or when combined with OUs.
So how dose a security group gain the ability to turn of the task manager?
To me it makes sense to link a GPO to a security group and then just add people to it, but i could not get it to work.

for group policy to take effect you have run the gpupdate /force commance on both server and client and restart the client computer to take effect of the group policy you apply.
