The leather gloves didn't fit because they had been soaked in blood. Plus he had the latex gloves on underneath, and was obviously putting on a show pretending to struggle getting them on. The dumbest move the prosecution made.

Only 300 pairs of those gloves ever made, and he did in fact own a pair. One was found at the scene of the crime, the other appeared to be accidentally dropped on his own property, had matching dna from all 3 of them, and also found a blood smear matching browns in his bronco. Highly unlikely some random person wanted to kill her and frame him, especially when prior to this she told the police and her family in record if she ended up dead it will be him who killed her since he gave her death threats during their rocky relationship they had after she left him. Crazy how he got off

Trying on gloves over the top of a pair of surgical gloves is ridiculous, this serious error set him free.

the thing i never understood is, who cares if the glove fits or not. all your doing is holding the glove in your hand to cover your finger prints. you can literally hold the glove as a wash cloth to hold on to the knife.

Of course the glove didn’t fit … he had another pair of white gloves on when trying to put the other gloves on at the same time. That would of course would prevent the original gloves from fitting.
