I work with leather, those gloves were in evidence holding for a few years. They shrunk from lack of moisture, and hand oils which keep gloves playable, and soft allowing them to stretch. Dried out leather doesn’t stretch. The prosecution was incapable of making the proper arguments. Failed justice system again!

The New DNA technology still couldn’t explain how his blood got onto the crime scene when there was 3 witnesses from the airport that testified in court that he had no cuts on his hands and the prosecution did not challenge or prove that he had cuts on his hands or body, so if wasn’t bleeding how did he bleed at the crime scene or in the bronco?

I once had to wear gloves that were too small for a whole day's labour. It was uncomfortable but I still got the job done. The fact that this evidence allowed him to walk free is INSANE.
