Πολλά μπράβο για την εξαιρετική δουλειά σας!! Είναι πολύ βοηθητικές οι ασκήσεις! Μήπως θα μπορούσατε να προτείνετε ένα εβδομαδιαίο πρόγραμμα για απώλεια λίπους, κυρίως σε πόδια και τρικέφαλους, αλλά και γράμμωση σε όλο το σώμα;;
