I made this yesterday but did it a little different. Precooked the bacon a bit first and made cornbread to go with it. It was a HIT!!!

I use ranch beans and bush beans with rotel and Pablo, with onions and garlic. Cook on the smoker with mesquite smoke. 2 hours at 290 under heavy smoke.

The meat mix alone looks delicious on some toast. I think i put the beans alone in a side bowl in the garage .
