Doesnt tell me how much of each seasoning? Paprika, oregano, chi powder, and brown sugar? Nor does it say how much bacon or garlic?

Real cowboys did not have all those ingredients available. The BBQ sauce and mustard is too much. All I would use is chilli powder, cumin and skip the rest. Looks good though.
