This looks like a lead frame issue. Its about a $200 part plus new trans fluid and filter.

Mine did something similar to this, but through a code at me. Was a bad crank position sensor. Replaced that and went away for now

I have a 5.0 2016 f150 that started doing this but while driving. It will switch to manuel 1 rolling at 60mph. Slams the transmission just started.
Anyone think that it is having the same problems as the 2014 recalls and they will put a recall out for it?
