I think this is one of the reasons people get scared or hesitate in taking that step to follow their dreams. They expect so much in a short amount of time and when it doesn't happen, they give up or most of the time they don't even start. I put off starting my YouTube channel for years because I was worried about the things that go into a channel and if I would grow or not. Until I made the decision to just start and stop thinking about the "well I can't do it because of this..."

I love these tips! It’s the same with my new YouTube channel. I started this Gary Vee inspired channel to show my process of doubling down on what I love and I’m not thinking about “being big” anytime soon. I’m remaining patient and just going to keep hustling until my time comes, may be in 1, 2, 5, or 10 years but I’m not thinking about that now. I JUST hit 100 subscribers after starting my Gary Vee inspired series “ProLog” (The Process Log) and I couldn’t be more happy with all my amazing subscribers and their support. Thank you Gary for getting me where I am not and will be in the future. My head is down and I’m just focused on working!

Lesson; if your business is still in infant stage, figure out how to win your family, neighbourhood and locality before you think about going "global"

This looked even a bit harsh from certain point. Scaling and growth are two separate things. In order to scale you need to grow your business. If you scale too fast you won't be able to deliver quality and other important things... This can cost you your whole business.

Like im not even worried about the time it will take anymore, caues this game is long, and if I get winded on how many days it's going to take to get there, ill never finish the race.

Reminds me of something I heard Floyd Mayweather talk about recently. He said a lot of young fighters nowadays want to make 'Floyd' money without putting in the time and hustle and getting results. In his 1996 pro debut, Floyd made just over 25, 000.

She is staying there and can't believe how honest Gary is, but that's how you get value to the other person. Gary, I think that the advice is right if you are English speaking person, I tried exactly the same with the channel and it scales way better "Globally". ;)
