Love your videos and content! Super helpful! But the audio/microphone could use some improvement. I don’t mean this in a mean way, it just makes it hard sometimes for me to understand.

Overactive doesn’t mean they are tight as well. There are muscles that tend to be overactive but are not short/tight.
