I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

One issue I've found with PHP real estate is the domestic market is small, in short no one has any money to buy or rent anything, you are solely reliant on a foreign buyer, or an OFW financing a rental or a purchase, I would say the domestic market for any upmarket domestic property is maybe 1% of the population. Also PHP banks operate on a model used in the 1980s in most western countries and the internet appears to be a new invention to them.

the housing loan interest rates provided by banks in the Philippines are huge bordering to unconscionable, iniquitous, and unjust... I can't imagine any rental price here in Metro Manila and nearby provinces that can keep up with the monthly amortizations [not monthly downpayment]... you may own those condos and houses but I can't imagine you're actually earning income from the rentals...

a 2 bedroom condo sells at average of 10M these days... a 15 year mortgage is estimated to be Php60k to Php90k per month depending on the interest rate approved... you mean to tell me one can have that rented at same price?

If this is the case i would rather buy condos for living places rather than making it an investment. This is too much hassle.

Can you make a video recommending which stocks, index funds, etc are wise to dive in. To give context and help for those who have little to no money for investing.

Hello Charm! New subscriber here! Have you already made a video for the ideal sequence of investment? If not ideal, maybe just your recommendation. I started earning a decent income this year and I'm confused about where to invest first and so on.

It seems like an advertisement for that community furthermore you buy into a community then you're at the mercy of the company that owns it and they can change the rules
