Excellent additions to my routine. (Although I am personally proud that I can still put my palms flat on the floor with my legs straight, and I'm 69 years old.) I can tell I need way more core strengthing work! Thanks for the tips.

How many times do U recommend doing these 5 moves; i.e., daily ? repetitions per move, etc?
I am 67 yr old female & practice a gentle yoga flow daily = fairly limber. Thx! Anead
