Tip : DONT take them out from the back outer part, pull them off from the inside part at the back, less stress, struggle and pain

There is no frickin way to easily remove these! Almost don't feel like taking them out to eat.

I literally thought the mistake he was going to talk about was not cleaning them. I could not believe he put them on being that dirty.

I use both of my index fingers to lift them up on the back, starting with the initial leverage from the inside. Then I work it down a bit to the canines and then repeat this on the other side. After that I work the tray off from under the canines on the outside. This works like a charm for me. It was a nightmare the first few days with trial and error and this is best for me now. People who can take them off very easily like in the videos simply do not have many attachments so it doesn't get hooked on anything, allowing them to pop off.

I actually start in front lower area and go wider back working them out. Puts no stress on retainer itself.

Even when you're extra careful with cleaning and not drinking/eating anything while having them on, the trays become pretty gross at the end of the 2 weeks. How the hell are you supposed to have the same retainer last for years? Do you only get one at the end of the treatment? If it's the case then that really sucks

I just started mine like 4 days ago and the first tray broke already. The girl who taught me apparently taught me wrong 😐 literally told me to peel them off just like this guy showed not to do.

So these are the aligners. But what about the retainers though? I heard they were suppose to be 30% stronger?

Wow those things are disgusting I never got how peoples trays could get so bad, I’ve kept trays for over 2 months (which isn’t good I know) but I have a separate tooth brush just for the trays, and they stay clean and unstained.

Guys, I want you to calm down. I know what everyone is up to and now I'm on day 3 and I've found a way that doesn't exist anywhere, trust me! I know you are afraid that they will break - I promise they won't. I have quite a few attachments on my teeth and the method works with them too. First they gave up on the rear and then with the hook you pull SIDES and then DOWN to release the attachments attachments. That is it- if you first do it on the right, you pull with your right hand to the right and then down. With this metod, neither the attachments nor the aligners themselves will be damaged. BELIEVE ME!!! today I spent 20 minutes trying to remove them before I found this way and I was getting depressed. IT WORKS I PROMISE!!! if there is anything ask me :)

T_T mine is overbite... i was taught to peel off man... but now usually i have to dislodge at sides then pull from the front.. praying for the best
