Thank you for making this video, I just got Invisalign yesterday and I’m currently in the “maybe I made a mistake” phase 😂🤣 but my open bite has bothered me for years and my plan is only for 9 months! 🎉 The retainer every night does sound like a hassle but I’d also rather have a proper bite for the rest of my life than a messed up one.

I am on Day 2 of my Invisalign and this is an accurate representation of what's going on. But, I am relieved I am not the only one feeling like my front teeth are being pulled out by pliers!
I am someone who is actually on a weight gain journey, so I gotta make sure I eat heavy meals if not frequent.

This was so unbelievably useful! I didn't know if what i was experiencing was normal. Additionally i felt like i was exaggerating when i told someone how much it hurt. Pain is immense. I just shift to my second tray and its paining like hell. One thing that help me numb the pain is by drinking chilled water. Give it a try if someone facing similar pain

You are a godsend, sir, b/c this is exactly how I felt, and I'm only on day 2 LoL. Luckily I'm intermittent fasting which I started before I got my trays; however, even during my eating window, I'm not looking forward to eating as my first day did not go so well. I'm just happy that this is normal b/c I, too, questioned everything LoL.

One thing that you did not mention, and I am not sure if you are doing this, but I have my motrin at the ready b/c I was almost ready to give up then I remembered how much I paid for these things and said I'm gonna have to just bite the bullet
