Something very small yet game changing you can do is put measurements, temperatures, and cooking times in your description or in a pinned comment for your videos

I have always cooked bacon on a tray and in my culinary class, when our teacher was teaching us the basics he would just throw the bacon on the sheet pan for breakfast service

Love the tray for a batch but when I cook for myself, the panini grill is my favourite x) Gives extra curves on the bacon and it grease the press with liquid gold for the bread while collecting the extra grease

Your shorts always popped up in my feed for the last month or so, but showing how you do things in restaurants is something I *really* like seeing compared to the usual tiktok cook type stuff. Subbed and cant wait to see more!

best way to do it in a restaurant and the only way i have ever seen to serve freshly cooked bacon that doesn’t taste like it’s been under a heat lamp like this is to half cook it and then throw it in the deep frier as needed, some of the best bacon i’ve ever had

That is how we do it. That bacon looks like better quality than the restaurant I’m at

Parchment paper is something every home cook should own. It's a tiny investment and surprising how many diffrerent uses you'll find for it.
