How to cook Crispy Bacon in the Oven #SHORTS

Показать описание
Cook perfectly crispy, perfectly straight and perfectly delicious Bacon in the oven WITHOUT grease splattering everywhere and NO CLEANING UP afterwards!
When you cook bacon on the stove, you have to watch it, it curls up,
you have to flip it a couple of times and the grease splatters ALL OVER the stove!
Just line a cookie sheet with enough aluminum foil or parchment paper (a little bit of a bigger piece than you normally would use) so the bacon grease doesn't spill over.
Cook your bacon in a pre-heated oven set to 400 degrees for 12-16 minutes, depending on how crispy you like it. If your cooking for a crowd, you can cook two full sheets of bacon at the same time!
Since you don't have to watch your bacon while its cooking in the oven, you can cook pancakes, eggs or French toast at the same time!
Turn the tray half way through the cooking time to ensure it cooks evenly. Perfect for a crowd! Enjoy!

I put the bacon on a wire rack in the sheet pan. That way, i don’t have to blot it.

I do the same, but I put a sheet of parchment paper over the foil.

I was wondering how the bacon looked so good in the egg and avocado tortilla back!

Tin foil is a bad idea unless you like heavy metals with your bacon
