How to Bake Bacon In The Oven

Once you learn how to bake bacon in the oven your life will change. Im half kidding and half not. It really saves the day sometimes.
I know I over baked this a bit. I was still getting used to my new oven.

I've seen different methods (oven, microwave, with water, etc), but I might recommend the following visual test before cooking a large amount:

Cook two strips of bacon however you wish until you see hundreds of white bubbles on the surface. Enjoy. If you like it extra crispy, cook until these bubbles disappear, but it might be overcooked. Cooking times will vary with different thickness and quantities of bacon.

I cook mine at 340 MAX...takes a little longer but no spattering and greasy mess to clean up!!

If you put your bacon into a cold oven, it comes out crisper. 👍
