In this video, we are trying the popular Japanese dish natto, which is a fermented soybean. Although many foreigners are turned away from the dish, it is immensely loved in Japan and is usually eaten for breakfast. Would you give it a try? Dude you describe my natto journey to the tee! I used to absolutely hate natto. 21 years later, i bought a pack that came in 3 boxes for dietary purposes. After my third box, i became addicted to it and must eat at least a pack of natto everyday. 3 years later, i still eat this everyday. My blood pressure became normal, i lost 16 lbs without amy exercise regimen, and my skin has never looked so healthy. Natto for life. It's my secret weapon.

Btw, your skin looks very healthy.

I have actually tried it before and it's decent with rice and mustard. I think that the slimy texture is a bit difficult to eat.

Lol if I need to mix a food with anything to make it “easier to eat” then I don’t want any part of that hahaha

Definitely need to add the sauce and mustard packets and add some green onions. Tbh I prefer natto over yogurt but it's probably because I'm half Japanese

The stinkiest food I have smelled was chitterlings or chitlins. I have never ate them myself, so I don't know how they taste but someone microwaved left overs at work one time and they did not smell pleasant.

The first time I tried it I really didn't like it, but it was a super fun experience and I really was excited to try it! I wish I did like it though because I heard it's super good for you, so I recommend going for it but only getting a small bit first so if you don't like it, you don't have a whole six pack of it

No Brasil temos um doce que parece ser feito da mesma forma que este, nós pegamos o amendoim e cozinhamos junto com açúcar e mais alguns ingredientes, entao esperamos esfriar e comemos. O nome é rapadura ou pé-de-moleque

I kinda like to eat it on its own. But when it is mixed with rice I just can‘t eat it, it gets too bad…

Yeah the first time I tried it I wanted to like it but I just couldn’t. Unfortunately I had bought a pack and still had a bunch left. Well fast forward to about the third time I ate it and it suddenly started to grow one me. Now I’m even considering buying more.
