Xsr700 is a good daily rider bike. The superbikes arent worth it. Combination of no comfort, higher insurance, and no race tracks around me, is a deal cutter. I like to shoot over into texas or up into colorado and those are like 3-12 hour rides each way..

It doesn't matter how tall you are... FFS
What matters is if you are short torso long arms (and legs) or long torso short arms.
