I’d be a lot cooler if DD Ditched their “crappy” govt profile barrels and did a mid weight spin off similar to their S2W Taper’d profile CHF/CL’d 13.7-14.5” mid-length gas system to add more meat around chamber area with shoulder less profile to ensure solid barrel harmonics, all finished off with their new ambidextrous lower & the RIS-III 13” Mlock rail.

Why close the dust cover after reloading and immediately firing after, I get it if you stop shooting after or the conditions are absolutely miserable, but I’d just like an explanation cause maybe it’s something I need to implement 🤷‍♂️

I always swap the platic DD dust cover out for a metal one they both fo well i just prefer metal

I almost feel like the RISIII is positively counterproductive as it is still reliant on barrel nut friction but with less surface area… can anybody squash my theory?
