In this video we dive into a Shadow Boxing workout for conditioning that can be done by beginners and seasoned fighters alike. This workout can help you with your endurance and is also a great cardio workout like no other.

For fighters the goal here is to condition their lungs and their shoulders in order to be able to keep their hands up.

For civilians, this is a great workout to lose weight, tone up your arms and core, and get an overall improved stamina.

This is a shadow boxing workout any one can do at home, all they need is a set of dumbbells between 1-5 pounds.

If don't have dumbbells, use anything else that has weight, this can be water bottles or boxing gloves.

This workout can be done by anyone, all you need is 5 minutes in your day and you're good to go!

Sometimes when I do this, I like to mix up the intensity midway through and either go explosive and powerful or light and fast. Doing it like this helps me find the perfect balance to optimize speed and power

Thanks again for sharing homie and I got away with the combo seen on the Canelo video in training but switched it up a bit Left body jab, double right body hook, double right head hook switch stance.Till next time as always much appreciated and GOD 🙏.
