I was inspired to write this hypnosis and meditation after listening to an extract of an interview with Eckhart Tolle, in which he talked about how easy it is to become addicted to negative thinking, and how the associated feelings can become familiar, almost as though they become a part of who you are. This is a pattern that needs to be broken, and I hope this video goes some way to helping you do so, if this a scenario that is relevant to you.

I have written this deep sleep hypnosis and guided sleep meditation to improve your sleep, and help you more easily wind down and relax at the end of the day, so that you can calm your overactive mind and drift into a full night of deep sleep. Our mind often races in the evenings and just before bed. The calming hypnotic language combined with the guided visualisations and imagery in this video will help distract your conscious mind and help you stop overthinking so that you can more easily drift into deep sleep… each and every night.

Although this hypnosis is set against the sound of gentle music, it is also available with a blend of music and waves.

This track blends guided sleep hypnosis, guided meditation, positive suggestions and/or imagery. The language patterns have been written and designed to help soothe and quieten your mind, as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking at night.

When you are able to prevent your mind from wandering into the future or into the past – especially when doing so creates anxiety or feelings of unease – you are able to access your subconscious mind. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.

This audio track daily is safe and suitable for frequent listening – as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.

When listened to on a regular basis, this hypnosis session can help reduce anxiety, stress and other stress-related issues, such as insomnia, OCD and depression. Also, when you have a full night of quality sleep and rest, you will be better prepared to face life's day-to-day challenges in a more positive, solution-focused way. Nicholas, as a Hypnotherapist myself, and an insomniac as well, I'm very critical of the dozens of "performers", that have made finding you a blessing. Again, as someone who has made a long and prosperous career putting folks in a trance, Nicholas is a
"True" hypnotist, who uses various methods for trance inducement, and well phrased suggestions. This man is the best of the best.

So Nicholas, I have to tell you. I've encouraged quite a few people to listen to your sessions. I work in a dr office and when I talk to people who have trouble sleeping I tell them about you and how I listen to you every night. I used to have to take sleeping pills almost every night or stay awake until the wee hrs. Now with your soothing voice...I'm toast. Hope this helps get you more listeners. Thanks for making this. There are so many ppl w sleep issues and ppl who believe they’re “too mentally strong to be affected by hypnosis” basically then conveying they don’t understand what hypnosis is.
