Thank you for this! I woke up in the middle of the night and it was specifically the repetition of the affirmations that calmed me down the most in order to fall back to sleep.

I woke up in the middle. Does that mean I'm still under hypnosis and have to listen to the end? I usually don't like anything with hypnosis as it triggers me with anxiety. I fall asleep to Sarah Raymond but just a different one.

I appreciate your channel so very much. I never thought I would say this, but in this particular recording, the voice is too loud compared to the music. In my exoerienc, usually, if there's a problem with either of these 2 aspects on the YouTube channels that I practice meditation with, it is the opposite! Thsnk you for what you do so well. I am sure you know that you reach and help a lot of people with what you offer.

As a person with anxiety, I am very aware of mouth noises. Your trauma and self-love meditations do not have mouth clicking, but this one does. Other have mentioned the audio, so maybe that is a factor? (I truly hope I did not hurt your feelings by saying this.)

All great until asked to visualise a staircase and that put me off. I want to sleep after clearning my mind of thought and not imagine myself walking down steps, it just makes my mind active again
