Older also deleted permanently. Plz say the way how to instal the exe file of older verson,

I have the icon for a long time on the desktop and when I click on it, it got installs! Although, the button uninstall is available on the App section of section. Can we uninstall it without causing damage to the system?

Yeah this doesn't work I've tried it about five times now. Microsoft must have updated something that prevents it from making a difference.
