This should have been karate kid 2, and the third against Chozen in Okinawa, would have made much more sense

The problem with this movie was that this was the THIRD movie. By now, Daniel should have been much better at karate. He looked more inept than he looked in the first movie. And I'm not just talking about the tournament. All of the confrontations leading up to this tournament, Daniel looked like a beginner again. It made no sense.
