1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
60g salted butter
30g (1/3 cup) blanched almond flour
1/2 cup granulated sweetener ( I used Lakanto)
30g unsweetened chocolate
2 egg whites (room temperature)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Chocolate drizzle (optional)
60 mL heavy cream
15g dark chocolate chips (I used Lily's)
15g white chocolate chips (I used Lily's)
