Learned from a gynecologist that absolutely no kind of soap should be used down there👇. No douches, sprays, or powders. Just really warm water. That’s it… when I heard that I was like “whatchu talkin about Willis?!” I didn’t believe it. Until I gave it a try… 😳 To say I was shocked is putting it mildly! It works!! No unpleasant scent… just the faint scent of what a kitty should smell like. Wow!

Started drinking raspberry leaf tea a few weeks before I had my baby and I had SUCH an easy delivery (under 8 hours from when they first administered pitocin to when my baby was in my arms and I only had to push five times.) and I feel like my recovery was crazy easy compared to my friends. I did get an infection bc they didn’t get all the placenta out but even that was not as bad as others’ experiences. My uterus also stunk back down relatively quick, especially for someone who wasn’t able to breastfeed. I attribute it to the raspberry leaf tea. It really does make sure your reproductive system is in tip top shape

I'm guessing you're getting ovulation juiciness confused with these supplements. Our vagina experiences different levels of lubrication all month long. Not to take away from what you're saying, but hormones are stronger than supplements.
