So my orthopedic surgeon says, unfortunately later research shows "Only about 1/3 of folks get benefit from glucosamine condro." However we're still taking it. 😊

MCHA is something that can help too. I’m on some as well as glucosamine/chondroitin (helps me a lot) and Boswellia (helps me in some way definitely).
