Today was my first day of training. It was so overwhelming but I think I’ll get the hang of it. Any tips on how to talk to people

I would kill for this kind of response time while taking orders. Our systems are shit so every press takes 2-3 seconds and 5% it doesn’t go through.

Today was my first day of training, They just pretty much put me on without training, so when I ask for help they get frustrated with me because I don't know what to do. after 6 hrs. they said to get my stuff and go. I only got ten min. break, no lunch break.

I’m gonna start soon and I got put as front counter but the thing is I don’t know how to handle counting money well (I know it’s dumb of me) I’m a nervous that I’m gonna fail any tips? I would love any tips for a newbie like me😢

For those people who are new working at McDonald’s like me I recommend you to watch these kind of training McDonald’s videos on YouTube. Because honestly asking for help is probably the worst thing you can do. They expect you to know anything when you don’t and they don’t even train you well. They will train you the basics but not really it won’t even make sense when they tell you how to it’s very annoying too when instead of training me they are in the back cabin talking about there life’s and other people while I’m here stressing the hell out. And honestly I may quit and find a job that can do better. 2 days ago I had I got out early from work why I do not know they probably got upset because of me but I don’t care imma keep annoying them until they trained but instead I’ll just quit at this point.
