Can you import the csv file to data fields, for instance checklist location within individual cards rather than to cards within a board?

Hey, awesome. I am almost close to claiming a dream to become true!

Imagine I have a csv, I import it into my Trello board. Then I update my csv by several new lines, but the old lines remain in the csv with unchanged data. Is there a way to make sure only those lines get imported, that do not already exist as a card? Every line has a number that is a clear identifier over which I could say: If that number exists already in - let's say - the name/header of the card, then I don't want that card again.
