Can't remove Bluetooth device in Windows

This is what to do if you have a Bluetooth device you need to delete, but you cannot remove it.

Did not work. Trying to disconect a soundcoreA25i from my ASUSX515JA. the device says "paired" even whet it is off, but it won't connect neither will it allow me to remove it. Sick of this. Followed all the steps and now just does not display the headphone image, but device still there. help ?
