****I’ve found the solution if your screen gets stuck on the delete

•Empty all USB slots
•Turn your car off, take keys from ignition
•Open driver’s side door only for 5 Min

This resets the system. I learned this from the comments of another video and it helped me. Hope it helps you.

Thank you. This worked. I was trying to do it using the config button and it was not working. I would hit delete and nothing. But once I used the info screen like in your video it worked perfectly.

This also worked for an Acura mdx, all you need is Bluetooth settings in whatever car you might be driving, device list or whatever button lists what devices are already connected, then find your's, scroll till you find something about deleting or removing that device
boom, done

Buick Verano 2014 kept saying “Bluetooth busy” when I tried deleting my phone from the car itself, deleted it off my phone and deleted it off my car by turning my car off locking it with the remote control and then turning the engine back on and deleting it like suggested in the video from my car which then when I tried to re-connect my phone it popped up! FINALLY. Try it out .

Turn your car off. Remove key from ignition. Remove all USB cables. Open drivers door all the way for 5 minutes. This resets it and you’ll be able to delete devices. No lie.

How do you do it if the phone isn’t with you? A friend flew into town, connected to my car’s Bluetooth, and now they’re home but still connected which means my phone can’t connect.

Did you all try to take the key out of the ignition and remove all USB wires? That is typically all it takes to get it to work! :)

Go onto your settings on your phone and find Connected devices. Disconnect Bluetooth. That should do it.

Yeah, I wish that's all there was to it. I deleted my phone from MyLink, then I deleted Mylink from the Bluetooth devices on my phone, and within minutes they are all re-connected again. I use the USB hard-wire connection so that I can use Android Auto without the annoying "Switching" screen.
